⏳ Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours or the appointment may be canceled.

Shop Pay Installments are accepted for both deposits and full service payments.

Shop Pay is a third-party payment processor.

Any unsettled installment payments, declined charges, or disputes are handled directly by Shop Pay — not Taste Diamonds.

🦷 Oral Health Requirement

Teeth must be in healthy condition (no visible cavities, gum issues, or untreated dental problems).

If oral health concerns are identified, your appointment will be rescheduled until cleared by a dental professional.

⏱️ Prep Time & Sensitivity

Sessions include 30 minutes of prep time for safety and proper gum protection.

Mild sensitivity may occur. If the session is ended early due to discomfort, full payment still applies.

💎 Results & Refunds

Whitening results vary by individual.

No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction, lack of results, or if multiple sessions are required for deeper stains.

📆 Rescheduling & Cancellation

You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.

Late reschedules, no-shows, or cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook.

🚪 Guest Policy

Only the client being serviced is allowed in the suite.

Children are permitted, but all others must wait in the lobby.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

💠 Tooth Gems Disclaimer

Tooth gems are cosmetic and not permanent.

We are not responsible for lost gems. If removal is desired, it must be performed by a licensed dental professional.

💳 Payments Accepted

No cash accepted.

Payments can be made through our booking system, Shop Pay, or any major credit/debit card.
