Booking Policy

At Taste Diamonds, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe services. Please review our policies to ensure an informed and comfortable experience:

Payment Requirements

  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • After booking, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of the service amount. You will have 48 hours to pay this invoice before your appointment is canceled.
  • You can use Shopay as a Book Now, Pay Later option for the remaining balance. However, if you choose to use Shopay for your deposit, Shopay will require the remaining balance to be paid in full before it can be used to cover the final invoice.

Oral Health Requirements

  • Teeth must be in good health for whitening services.
  • If our whitening specialist observes visible oral health concerns, such as cavities, gum disease, or infections, the whitening session will be postponed until the client consults a dentist.

Preparation Time

  • Each appointment includes an additional 30 minutes of prep time to ensure all clients are properly protected with mouth barriers and necessary safety measures.

Sensitivity Warning

  • While our whitening process is safe, some individuals may experience extreme sensitivity during or after the treatment. If your teeth are too sensitive to continue with whitening, you will still be required to pay the full service price.

Satisfaction and Results

  • No refunds will be issued for customers who are dissatisfied with their whitening results.
  • Although we use professional-grade products, individual results may vary. Customers with severe staining due to previous oral habits or appearance may require additional sessions to achieve desired results.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations or no-shows.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit.

Guest Policy

  • For privacy and discretion, only the individual with the booked appointment will be admitted into the suite.
  • Children accompanying the client are permitted, but all other guests must wait in the lobby.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Tooth Gems Disclaimer

  • While we offer beautiful tooth gem applications, please note that they are not permanent.
  • Taste Diamonds is not responsible for any tooth gems becoming unattached.
  • Tooth gems can be removed by a dentist or dental professional, should you choose to do so.

Payment Methods

  • All payments must be processed through our secure Seasmi booking system. Cash payments are not accepted.

Booking Confirmation

  • After successfully booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and confirmation of the scheduled appointment.

Product/Shipping Policy

At Taste Diamonds, we ensure that your orders are carefully processed and shipped to you. Please read the following shipping policies for all online orders:

Shipping Policy

  • All products ordered from our online store are shipped directly to the customer. We do not provide products to customers on the day of their service appointment.
  • When an item/product is purchased, we will send you a confirmation of your order and provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment.
  • Shipping can take 3-7 business days after payment processing is completed. Please expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
